广东东莞制造业发达,被称为“世界工厂”,每年春节后,东莞的企业开工率、外来务工人员返岗率都备受外界关注。2023年2月1日,在东莞市人力资源和社会保障局的组织下,一支由20家企业和人力资源服务机构共同组成的招工队伍,奔赴广西加入今年的“抢工”大潮。

广东省东莞市人力资源和社会保障局局长 陈智武:比往年,我们普工的需求是下降了14%,但是技工的需求是上升了4-5%,而且我们整体的用工需求里面,制造业的企业,要占到我们用工的大概是75%左右。
